clothing section

Please note that the clothing section operates independently from the rest of the j.j. elliot website. We have teamed up with CafePress to be our apparel partner. So for instance, if you’d like to place a card order and a clothing order, the card order will be processed on the main j.j. elliot website and your clothing order will be processed separately in the clothing section (via CafePress). If you have any additional questions regarding j.j. elliot apparel, please contact us.

payment options

PayPal is our preferred method of payment.

sales tax

We are required to collect sales tax (8.25%) for orders that are shipped within Texas.

timeline

Here’s a general time frame for standard card orders (including shipping time): once we receive your order, it takes about a week to design, print and ship your order. Custom orders will take a bit longer. (Once we look at the specifics of your custom order, we'll be able to give you a more accurate time frame.)

shipping

All orders are shipped from our doodle studio in Austin, TX. We offer delivery via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) for a flat rate of $5. If you need speedier shipping, just contact us. Free pick-up is available for local orders in Austin.

returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. So if you’re not totally satisfied with one of our products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. If there is a j.j. elliot error, we will do everything we can to resolve any issues. However, please note that we cannot accept returns based on any customer input errors (typos, etc.) on personalized products.

sending a photo

If you are sending a photo, please send the original size, uncropped file. If the photo's resolution is too low, we'll ask you to send an alternate photo before proceeding with your order. (If the resolution is too low, we would have to enlarge the image which would make everything blurry.) If you have any additional photo questions please contact us.

proofs

With our personalized cards you will receive a digital proof of your card via e-mail before it is printed. Please carefully double-check the contents of your proof. Once we have your approval, we start the printing process and won’t be able to make any further changes. Also please note: due to the differences in monitors and their settings, the colors you see in the digital proof may differ slightly than the actual printed card.
